Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to fill out the appropriate forms prior to your treatment. This will also help prevent you from feeling rushed as you begin your relaxing treatment.

The time you have booked is reserved especially for you, therefore we ask you to give us the courtesy of 6 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Without advance notice, you may be billed for any cancellations. Late arrivals will be billed for the full time of their treatment.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or allergies

Gift certificates are available for specific treatments, or in a dollar amount. Certificates are transferrable but not refundable.

We ask that you please turn your cell phone off when you enter the spa, so as not to interrupt your treatment.

Gratuities of approximately 15% are traditionally given in recognition of service excellence. Unless stated, gratuities are not included in gift certificates.
